Fujita Canoe has been developing and manufacturing folding kayaks since 1947 under the motto of "Pursuing big amusement by small kayak". We're the oldest and largest folding kayak manufacturer in Japan. Tens of thousands of people are enjoy paddling with our folding kayaks in Japan. Many of the owners are still paddling with our kayak over 30 years. They're the proof of our quality and longevity.

Our head office and factory is in Kyoto, located in the southwest of Japan. All our products are designed and manufactured at this factory using state of the art technology such as CAD system, NC router, and high frequency welders. All of our materials are carefully selected and meticulously engineered into the handcrafted product.

We're also focusing on research and development of everything from raw materials to tiny parts. To ensure the highest quality, all of our products are assembled and inspected before shipping.We believe that this is the only way to maintain the superior quality, accuracy, performance, durability, and safety of the product.
